ComfortlyTravel is a travel search engine website designed for digital nomads, remote workers, frequent & slow travelers to find local resources and businesses for their functional needs, such as coworking spaces, VPNs, travel insurance, airport lounge access, and more. 

How does C.T. work? ComfortlyTravel works by aggregating information on local businesses and services and sorting it into a database that can be filtered by users based on their specific needs and preferences. Users can search by entering keywords, their intended location, and choosing tags of the kind of traveler they are. They can also favorite vendors they like to come back to again later. 

What kind of services does C.T offer? We find and list vendors/businesses in categories such as Travel Planning, Transportation, Medical, Local Access, Equipment Rental, In-home Services, and more. Our goal is to locate needed, time-consuming to source, and unique local services that would benefit users. 

Who can use ComfortlyTravel (C.T.)? ComfortlyTravel is designed for a diverse range of travelers, catering to anyone seeking local resources and businesses to enhance their travel experience. 

Is C.T. only for digital nomads or can it be used by anyone? ComfortlyTravel is not intended to be solely used by digital nomads. Yes, we designed it with nomads in mind but if it suits your needs-it is meant for you too. 

How do I sign up for C.T.? We have set up a simple and user-friendly sign up process. You visit our website, click Sign Up/Register on the top of the page (or you will be taken there from the search page once you click on a business), and fill in your information. You will create a login for secure access and enter your payment information upon choosing a subscription plan. 

Is there a membership fee or any other charges for using C.T.? Yes, there are currently 2 subscription plans with another 2 launching in the future. One option is $1.99 USD to be charged monthly for access to our database and features. Another option is to be charged $19.99 USD annually for access. We will be launching a Premium membership of $3.99 USD monthly for access to more features that will be coming soon. We also will have an enterprise membership available to businesses and groups that want to get a bulk number of memberships. 

Can I book flights and hotels though ComfortlyTravel (C.T)? At this time, you cannot book flights and hotels through ComfortlyTravel. We do have companies that we recommend where you can book these such as Skyscanner. They would be found in the Travel Planning section of the Listings Search Page. 

Does C.T. offer travel insurance? We do not offer our own insurance to users at this time. However, travel insurance is one of the amenities that we have in our database and we recommend a list of insurance providers based on user filters. It will be included in the Travel Planning section of the Listings Search Page. 

How do I find local businesses using C.T? You can find local businesses by entering in keywords and your search location into the search bar located on our Listing Page. You can further filter your search through our tags, by choosing which tag best fit you and what you are looking for. 

Can C.T. recommend restaurants and other attractions? We recommend businesses, apps, and websites that share local events, restaurant reservations, and local attractions in the Local Access section of the Listings Search Page. 

Can I make reservations through C.T? We do not have a reservation feature at this time. Based on what kind of reservation, we recommend various companies where users can make needed reservations. Check out our Listings Search Page and search based on your interested categories. 

How does ComfortlyTravel (C.T.) choose the vendors that will be on the website? We are committed to providing users with reliable and high-quality information. We curate our list of vendors through a rigorous selection process. Our team evaluates businesses based on factors such as reputation, customer reviews, capability to service short-term travelers versus long-term only locals/travelers, adherence to industry standards, and the overall experience add we think it will provide. Our team has a combined over 20 years of experience is hospitality that gives us a keen eye for quality and making a great travel experience. Additionally, we welcome user feedback to continually improve our vendor selection and ensure a valuable experience for our users. 

Can I trust businesses listed on C.T.? Yes, we believe you can trust the businesses listed on ComfortlyTravel. We understand the importance of reliability and safety when it comes to choosing where to go, who to use, and what to do when traveling. We have sourced and curated vendors to the best of our ability, conducting quality assurance tests to ensure the list is updated and reflects the high standards we aim for. However, as with any platform, we recommend users exercise their best judgement when selecting services. While we strive to feature trustworthy vendors, individual preferences and experiences may vary. We also encourage our users to actively  share their experiences and provide feedback. How do I download the C.T. app? ComfortlyTravel currently does not have a dedicated app. You can access all of the features and functionalities directly through the mobile or laptop browser on your device by visiting our website. 

Does C.T. require an internet connection? Yes, ComfortlyTravel requires an internet connection to provide access to our database. 

Is C.T. compatible with all devices and operating systems? Yes, ComfortlyTravel is designed to be compatible with a variety of devices and operating systems. 

Can I use C.T. offline? At this time, you will need active internet service in order to search the ComfortlyTravel database and use features such as Favorites.

You can find a Contact Us button on the top and bottom of the website, where you can describe the issue and submit it for prompt assistance. Your feedback helps us continually improve the user experience. 

What payment methods does ComfortlyTravel (C.T.) accept? Currently, we accept payments via major debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

How can I cancel or change my subscription? Once you log in to you ComfortlyTravel account, in the Settings section, there is a Delete Account button to remove you from the platform.

This includes details such as your name, email address, and billing information for subscription services. We may also collect data related to your preferences and travel history searches to enhance your user experience.

What is C.T.’s refund policy? In general, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis while also adhering to refund policy in the Terms of Service. How does ComfortlyTravel (C.T.) help me interact with locals in a respectful manner? The vendors chosen for our platform are with respect to the local customs and the balance of locals and tourists. While we have no influence on individual behavior of our users and businesses in the local economy, we do our best to help our users put their money, time, and attention into the local businesses that will help build the economy they are visiting in. 

Does C.T. offer any language translation services? We do not offer language translation services, however, we do recommend language services and apps to help users travel and integrate better with their environment. 

Can C.T. Provide information on local customs and etiquette? We are working on a feature to have local customs and etiquette shown when a location is searched, we will update you when that is live. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated. 

Why does ComfortlyTravel (C.T.) recommend travel products? We strive for a well-rounded approach to helping our users travel and know that travel products is a part of their travel experience. We apply our strict aim for high quality vetting when it comes to travel products as well. If there is a product you would like to see recommended or if you have feedback on any of the current products listed, we encourage you to reach out through our Contact Form. 

What do I do if I do not like the product I get? As we do not sell the products directly, but recommend the vendors that do, we suggest that you contact the business that the product was purchased through. If you are unable to reach them or need additional assistance, reach out to us through the Contact Form and we will be happy to look into it for you. 

How does ComfortlyTravel (C.T.) cater to people with disabilities? We believe that differently abled people have the right to and should go out and enjoy the world. At ComfortlyTravel, we do our part to facilitate this by making sure the website is accessible and that we recommend vendors that also have differently abled travelers in mind. Does C.T. offer wheelchair rentals or accessible transportation options? We do not provide rentals ourselves, however, we do have this option in the equipment rental category on the Listings Page and aim to add to it as much as we can. 

How does C.T. ensure accessibility in recommended businesses? We cannot ensure that businesses are accessible but we do aim to add as many businesses that do cater to travelers with different abilities as we can find. 

What happens if there is an emergency while I am traveling? In case of emergency, your safety is our priority. ComfortlyTravel provides resources and information to help you navigate emergencies while traveling. This includes recommendations on local emergency services, medical facilities, and relevant contacts in the area. Of course, the best person to keep you safe is you, so always remain vigilant and careful where possible to ensure safe travels.  

Can ComfortlyTravel (C.T.) recommend emergency services in a new location? Yes, ComfortlyTravel recommends emergency services in a variety of location and is always adding more. Our platform is designed to provide information on local services, including medical facilities, police stations, and other emergency services. We aim to empower you with the knowledge needed to address emergencies effectively as best as we can.
